SOS Amazônia

SOS Amazônia is an NGO with the mission of promoting the conservation of biodiversity and the growth of environmental awareness in the Amazon.

The NGO was created on September 30, 1988, in the city of Rio Branco, state of Acre, by professors, university students and representatives of the social movement, including the activist and rubber tapper Chico Mendes.

As a result, the NGO had a very rich historical collection, which was the starting point in choosing each visual language ingredient.
The result is a visual identity connected to the essence of the entity, whose main objective is to defend the extractive cause and protect the Amazon Forest, supporting traditional populations.
